The first session begins with an in-depth consultation and then the client achieves
a full state of hypnosis as with each subsequent session.

Test-Taking:

Staying calm and focused when taking an important exam can often make all the difference. In this program you learn to relax deeply during the hypnosis sessions and then to be able to trigger that calmness right before the test begins.

In the weeks before the test, hypnosis is used to enhance your ability to retain and recall information during the studying process and to sharpen mental focus and concentration. Each week self-confidence is elevated and strengthened to cultivate a strong, focused, successful test performance.

Weight Control

In the first session we take some time to talk and look at what areas we need to focus on. Some people are out of control with sweets or junk food. Other people are snacking constantly, eating at night or eating excessive quantities. Some people are eating for reasons other than hunger. We go to work immediately using hypnosis to help you calm down, get control of your eating habits and begin to lean toward the foods that you know, intuitively are beneficial to your health.

Usually, we get two to six pounds off the first week. Then we bring in exercise motivation to help you start exercising right away following a schedule that you design. With an exercise pattern in place, with a new sense of calmness and control in your eating habits, with dramatically healthier eating habits, we get results! Program Information
